Remember to contact your consultant immediately following your interview with your initial feedback. It is important that your consultant is able to discuss your interest and suitability with the client as soon as possible in order to formalise an offer.
The consultant will negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best possible conditions of employment including salary package and other benefits that both you and the employer are happy with. It is imperative that you are open with the consultant about your expectations so that the process can be made as smooth as possible and the best possible result is achieved.
Once a formal offer has been given either verbally or written, it is essential that you carefully consider the offer that has been made to ensure that you are happy with all terms and conditions. If you verbally accept an offer then once you have made a commitment to your new employer then this should be final. We give our candidates the information and the time to make their own decisions on what is their best course of action without applying pressure.
