Prior to setting up Constructive Recruitment David graduated in 1994 in Business and Finance. In 1997 he started his career in recruitment working for an international recruiter for the property and construction industry.
David has successfully managed extensive teams and developed some outstanding relationships within the construction, facilities management, property and development sectors throughout Australia.
GILES KEAYARICS - DIRECTOR
After graduating in 1994 with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Bristol, England. Giles spent three years as a Chartered Surveyor dealing with the development and sales of commercial projects with DTZ Debenham Thorpe.
Giles has substantial experience managing large teams of consultants in a range of technical based recruitment fields in addition to recruiting directly for clients from the smallest local company to major international consultancies and contractors.
Rob studied a B.Bus with majors in Management and International Business at AUT University in Auckland and has around 3 years experience recruiting in the Australian mining sector. Now working in base metals and specialty commodities, he recruits for a wide range of technical positions including Mining Engineers, Geologists, Metallurgists, Maintenance staff and Managers at all levels.
Rob places a strong focus on technical knowledge of the industry and understanding client requirements to provide a timely and high quality recruitment process.
Travis has gained a strong understanding of the mining industry over the past six years whilst working on mine sites both in SA and QLD. With a background in Mining Earthworks and current studies to include a Diploma of Business (Human Resources) Travis has the ideal combination of business and technical skills.
Travis specialises in placing candidates in Mechanical & Electrical roles throughout the Eastern Seaboard for a range of industries to include mining, water and power.
Russell has been working as a consultant in the technical, engineering and management professions of the construction industry since 1999.
Providing a range of talent acquisition services for both local, national and international contractors and consultants.
A large network of professionals has been developed working with organisations and job seekers in Europe, the Middle East and Australian Markets over this period.
A background in Labour and Employment Studies (BSc) has provided the basis for consulting within the sector on human relations and best practice in recruitment process.
Russell spent over 10 years with his former employer, an International Consultancy working as a Consultant, Divisional Manager and National Business Development Manager. More recently he initiated, developed and managed the Western Australia operation between 2008 and mid 2010.
Coming from an Architecture & Design background with 5 years experience, Mike has a great understanding of the built environment with ambitions and drive to continue developing and learning from the civil construction industry.
Mike will be managing the Civil Construction and M&E division, placing both permanent and contract staff.
Mike's professionalism and attention to detail enables him to gain great understanding of client & candidates alike to ensure a great result for all parties.
Neil's background is in the civil engineering industry having spent five years as a qualified Civil Engineer on site in South Africa and in the UK working for GrinakerLTA, AMEC / Laing O’Rourke JV and McAlpines.
Following that, he has 10 years experience in recruiting professional staff within the constructive industry as a Consultant, State Manager and Director in two international recruitment firms.
Currently he recruits across building construction, civil construction, resource M&E construction and rail construction.
Nicks' background is production planning and customer service based
roles in South Africa, which has helped his transition into the
recruitment industry. Nick has five years experience with a UK based
recruiting consultancy specialising in contract and temporary
recruitment for the construction industry.
Nicks' knowledge of the total build process from cradle to grave
combined with his experience with both multinational and local building
& construction companies helps him deliver the best results for both
candidates and clients alike.

Having worked within the civil construction sector for the past 2 years, Cameron recruits from a supervisor/graduate level up to senior professional positions for clients ranging from small to mid tier companies to international contractors.
Hannah is employed by Constructive Recruitment as an Office Administrator, providing all administrative support to the Perth office and its consultants across all sectors.
She brings over 5 years of administrative experience to Constructive Recruitment having worked in positions in both the construction and recruitment industries, in Perth.
Hannah is an extremely personable and dedicated member of the Constructive team, who contributes an invaluable part to the service that Constructive seeks to provide to its clients and candidates alike.
Brooke graduated with a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) from The
University of Newcastle in 2009. She is a enthusiastic and driven
person, this combined with her knowledge of the built environment makes
her an assest to the constructive team. Brooke has excellent
communication and relationship building skills.
Brooke will be managing the Building Design division, with a focus on
permanent roles. She places graduate through to senior roles within the
building design sector to include Architecture, Building Service and
Structures within New South Wales. Brooke maintains a high level of
professionalism and efficiency.
David has over six years experience in the construction recruitment industry where he has built strong relationships in the UK and more recently the Australian market. Coming from a trades and labor background in the UK David’s knowledge of the industry is excellent and has given him the ability to be able to deal with the pace of his client’s short term contract requirements with professionalism and efficiency.
David is now recruiting for all contract roles in the Building and Architecture markets in NSW.
Guy started with Constructive Recruitment and his recruitment career in 2004. Initially Guy recruited for technical staff within the consulting arena, placing qualified candidates ranging from drafters through to engineers and senior manager, for both national and international companies.
In 2005 Guy initiated Constructive Recruitments Resources sector focusing on operations, construction and maintenance for mining, power and oil and gas projects. In 2006 He was responsible for managing a small team of consultants providing recruitment solutions to clients and candidates in NSW, QLD and WA.
When the opportunity arose in 2007, Guy moved to Western Australia to set up Constructive Recruitments office in the west and was promoted to State Manager. Here he was responsible for day to day management, operations and recruitment both internal and external staff.
Since the Start of 2009, Guy returned to Sydney where he is currently working as a the National Manager for oil and gas providing a range of recruitment services to clients and candidates alike
Klaire has worked in Sydney for the last two years with various corporate accounts departments. Klaire previously work in London for over three years for KPMG and Deloittes, specialising in tax consultancy and private equity. Klaire currently works in our Sydney office, supporting the Financial Manager dealing specifically with temporary payroll.
Sarah heads up the administration department of Constructive Recruitment and is employed as Office Administrator, providing administrative and executive assistant support to the Company Directors along with coordinating the team of administrators across both offices.
She brings a unique skill set to Constructive Recruitment, with over five years experience within the construction and recruitment arena as a Personal Assistant across all executive levels.
Sarah has also completed Certificate II in both Information Technology, and Business Services & Office Administration at TAFE NSW.
Over the past eight years Becky has worked in various accounting departments in both Australia and the UK, and has obtained her varied experience by working in both the public and private sectors, as well as working for a diverse range of businesses. Becky is the Financial Controller for Constructive Recruitment and is currently completing a Bachelor of Business.
Daniel graduated from the University of Surrey with a BSc Honors Degree in English. Prior to joining Constructive Recruitment he successfully recruited in the Civil Engineering and Building sectors for two large consultancies in the UK, placing professional staff to Director level. With a solid recruiting background, Daniel has a firm understanding of his clients’ requirements and offers a bespoke service to match their needs.
Daniel recruits within the Infrastructure Division, focusing on both Civil/ Rail Construction and Engineering. Daniel specialises in placing high calibre candidates within a variety of roles across rail, highways and water, including Civil / Project Engineers, Project Managers, Track Supervisors, Designers, Drafters, and Directors in a demanding civil/ rail infrastructure sector.
David has five years experience in Technical and Operations recruitment. Initially starting his career in recruitment in the UK working with clients in the public and private sectors, he then relocated to Australia in 2006 and joined Constructive Recruitment and has since developed strong relationships with clients in the Australian market. His professionalism and customer service enables him to excel himself to understand and meet client and candidate needs.

Edward has over 5 years experience successfully recruiting for a range of technical positions from graduate level to Senior Management within the construction industry throughout the UK and Australia.
His major successes have come from his ability to build long term relationships with clients by providing a tailored and honest approach to their requirements.
Edward manages the Architecture and Quantity Surveying recruiting for PQS firms, Architecture practices and Developers across NSW, VIC, QLD & ACT.
Following his graduation in 2003 from Hull University in the UK, Steven joined a high profile residential real estate company in London. Steven was initially employed as a Leasing Agent and was then promoted into a Property Valuation role. He was with the company for over two years and gained valuable experience in maintaining client relationships and achieving the highest standards of service.
Steven is now managing the Civil Construction division at Constructive Recruitment and deals with a range of mid to top tier civil contractors.

within the UK, Martin has moved to Australia to specifically provide the

market. He previously specialised in delivering a range of professional
recruitment solutions in both the Construction and Facilities Management
