Steven started with Constructive in 2008 after working in real estate in the UK and Australia for a number of years. He began his career with Constructive as a consultant and has developed his skills into management specifically across training & development and business strategy, now managing all consultants in the company nationally. Steven also recruits senior civil construction roles at director and executive management levels across Australia.
