What You’ll Do:

  • Use your background in Generalist HR to provide advice on learning & development, recruitment and operational HR
  • Manage the training and development process
  • Drive HR projects to support a positive company culture embedding the company values across the business
  • Provide advice and support to managers and employees in relation to workplace behaviours, team building and other relevant HR matters
  • Support business leaders with coaching and mentoring on people management matters, and oversee disciplinary actions, undertaking workplace investigations as required
  • Assist relevant managers with performance reviews and the personal development of employees

What You’ll Need:

  • Recent experience working in the construction industry
  • Site experience is highly desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • 3 yrs + experience working in a Generalist Human Resource role
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • High levels of IT skills including, Microsoft Office
  • Sound knowledge of industrial relations and employment law
