New Homes Sales Consultant (Central Coast)
Central Coast home builder requires an experienced new home sales consultant to join their growing team.
100% Australian owned family business, with 30 years’ of design and building experience operating across the Sydney & Central Coast Areas.
As a New Home Consultant, you will play an integral part in determining a client’s housing needs, whilst providing direction throughout their home journey. You will be operating out of the Central Coast display homes.
In this key role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying a customer’s needs and determine products to suit their requirements
- Generate and follow up leads, drive sales and traffic through the display centre
- Maintain effective communications with internal and external parties relating to housing products, specifications, permitted variations and delivery expectations
- Assist in maintaining our Central Coast display centre and sales offices to the highest level
- Develop and maintain a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.
- Highly motivated Sales Professional with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of the construction industry and at least 3 years’ experience in residential sales, specifically new builds
- Full understanding of the sales process with the ability to generate leads and turn these into sales
- The ability to build rapport and generate trust with your clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for providing outstanding and professional customer service
Base salary is around $55-60k + super depending on experience, with a very attractive commission structure.
