About the roles:
Constructive is offering you the opportunity to join our Temporary workforce across Sydney Metro. If you have recent experience as an Office Manager working within Engineering, Civil or Building Construction, now is the perfect time to get in touch.
Many of our clients are seeking experienced professionals to work on both short and long term projects.
Responsibilities:
- Telephone and face to face enquiries at reception.
- Booking of airfares and accommodation for key personnel.
- Organising and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Efficient and cost effective office maintenance, security and cleaning.
- Procurement of all office supplies, equipment and furniture as required.
- Diary management and travel booking for Managing Director.
- IT set up for new starters.
- Fleet management and Facilities maintenance for office.
- General administration support as required.
Experience required:
- Previous construction industry experience is essential.
- Outstanding communication abilities. (both written and verbal)
- Excellent precision and attention to detail.
- Highly organised and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Availability for an immediate start.
