Our client is one of Australia’s largest and most recognised property groups.  With offices throughout the country and Internationally they are a powerhouse!  They work across several market sectors and have the capacity to delivery projects well in excess of $1B. 
 
They have a large value project just off the CBD which requires an additional project coordinator/engineer.  The successful candidate will work very closely with the Senior Project Manager on project planning, design development, sub-contract procurement and individual trade package management during delivery.
 
To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following criteria: 

• A degree qualification in construction management or a related discipline
• At least 2 years post graduate experience with a commercial builder, ideally in the 1st, 2nd tier or 3rd tiers
• Previous experience on projects $10M and above 
• Experience across all build aspects: structure, facade, services & fiit out 
• Possess an ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
• Have a real willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Be capable of working without constant supervision
