A Project Manager is required for an established Tier 3 Builder, to manage 2 x $4 – 6 million industrial construction projects, due to commence next quarter.
- To $180k salary package circa
- Inner Sydney based
- This builder specialises in commercial, industrial and retail construction projects from $1 – 10 million
- $5 million industrial construction project
- Full order book of works for 2020/21
- Immediate permanent opportunity

The ideal candidate must require the following skills:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a recognised tier 2 or 3 building contractor, and a solid CA background
• Stable work history, with education or government exposure highly regarded
• Construction management degree required
• Strong people skills
• Experience in delivering construction projects in the commercial/ industrial sector over $2 million
• Can handle and deal with high levels of responsibility
• Previous exposure to handling high specification projects
• An excellent understanding of costings, programming and budgeting
• Strong communication skills and excellent client facing skills
• OH&S Experience
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• You will be self motivated and highly proactive
