The Company
Going strong for a decade and led by a fantastic director, this residential builder is known for quality residential construction throughout Melbourne’s west. Covering mostly high-end renovations, they also construct new homes and handle multi-unit developments to a high standard. With business booming, they now require an Office Administrator to come on-board and assist across the board with front of house/phone enquiries, as well as general administrative responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:

  • Answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Responding to mail enquiries
  • Greeting visitors
  • Facilities management
  • Maintaining company calendar and keeping staff informed of events
  • Ordering and maintaining stationary, kitchen supplies and general office items
  • Filing, scanning and printing
  • Assisting with all ad hoc administrative duties

What You’ll Need: 

  • Ability to effectively communicate both in verbal and written form
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
  • Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • An approachable and friendly attitude
  • Experience in a reception/administrative role in the construction industry
