ABOUT THE ROLE & DESK
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and commercially driven recruitment consultant, ideally with white collar technical recruitment experience, for our Perth office based in Subiaco.
At Constructive we pride ourselves on developing staff internally. Most of our current senior management team have developed into leadership roles from consultant level. This role has the potential to either continue as a high billing consulting role or it could for the right individual grow into a managing consultant position within the first 6-12 months, mentoring one junior consultant and then building a team as our Perth office continues to grow.
Our infrastructure desk nationally is one of the core foundations of the business and we have further specialised in mechanical & electrical divisions. Following the confidence returning to the mining and resources sector we have a key need for a consultant to join the team and work alongside our civil construction division to maximise our support to our existing client base in addition to winning new clients and work.
This presents a very exciting proposition to a consultant wanting to work for a business offering career growth and autonomy.
To apply for this role please apply to Giles Keay, Managing Director, using the SEEK application process.
