Constructive is an award winning established recruitment consultancy with offices Australia wide. Established in 2003, we work within the built environment, infrastructure and resources markets and have forged a strong industry presence through our consultative approach to recruitment.

Our existing manager who has been with the business for over 10 years is relocating interstate with Constructive to focus on developing our regional clients and as such it has created a rare opportunity for us to find a new leader for the Sydney office.

We have an established team of 20 consultants in our head office who you will be responsible for leading and motivating alongside mentoring of 3 reporting Divisional Managers.  We are looking for an individual who has a number of years proven track record managing teams of a minimum of 10 staff and who is capable of leading from the front in terms of attitude and integrity.  You will ideally be working within similar sectors to ourselves however, as this is a senior management position we will consider individuals from an industry backgrounds.

This role will be part of the leadership team and you will have complete visibility of the P&L.  We are looking for someone who will not look to just come and do what we’ve always done, keep it as it is, but someone who sees the opportunity that is available and to be passionate about helping take the business to our next level and long terms goals.
