Sleep deprivation, an unhealthy diet and lack of exercise can harmfully affect your performance, potentially leading you to burnout. Try a diet plan that incorporates more fruit and vegetables into your day, you may be surprised at the abundance of energy it will bring. Exercise will also help to get those feel-good endorphins flowing; find an exercise that you enjoy and try to be consistent.
