Box Hill unveils another major development project

With plans unveiled for 837 Whitehorse Road, another Box Hill super site is up for approval.
Among the developer’s agenda is to build towers of 16, 19, and 29 storeys, a 100-metre frontage that encompasses 3-5 Poplar Street, 3,000-square metres site, retail, commercial and hotel components.
With the tallest spanning 104 metres, the existing low-rise building will make way for the towers that would include 273 dwellings consisting of 118 one-bedroom, 140 two-bedroom and 15 three-bedroom apartments located within the taller towers.
There will also be 578 square metres of retail space and 49 hotel suites which spans both residential towers. In addition, other amenities include a spa, pool, yoga room, common areas, function room, kitchen areas and business lounge.
