Constructive expands with multiple new hires in 2020

Following the senior appointment of new Sydney state director of Mark Jones, Constructive have further strengthened the company’s service offerings by welcoming several new consultants across New South Wales and Victoria.

With over 6 years’ experience recruiting in the construction and consultancy sectors, Wayne Lush has joined Constructive to manage and develop their offerings within the renewable energy sector. He has a passion for the renewable energy market which he pairs with exceptional networking skills, work ethic and attention to detail to ensure outstanding services are offered for all clients and candidates. Wayne aims to build long lasting relationships with his clients and be the go-to recruiter within this sector.

 

 

 

 

Afa McKenna joins Constructive as a consultant overseeing building desk temps with experience recruiting across the construction & civil industries in both Melbourne & Sydney. He’s excited to be working with strong mentors & colleagues at Constructive, gaining strong industry knowledge from them. Having 4 years of marketing & sales experience, Afa aims to use his profound experience to deliver exceptional services to clients and candidates.

 

 

 

 

Zlatan Filipovic lives and breathes science, engineering and problem solving. To no surprise, he has enjoyed a career in consulting engineering for the last 6+ years, working with some of the top consultancies in the country. Zlatan oversees permanent roles in Sydney (civil, transport and building structures) for the consulting engineering team.

 

 

 

 

 

Mark has a degree in Business Management and has worked in Recruitment for almost 5 years across New Zealand and Australia and has experience recruiting for roles in Civil Construction, Building Services and Engineering on some of New Zealand’s largest projects. Mark works on Contractor and Temporary Recruitment for the Building Industry across Melbourne, regional Victoria and Tasmania. Mark is very proactive having always worked in fast paced environments in his entire work life and offers great service to both candidates and clients.

 

 

 

 

Michael joins Constructive with a diverse skill set from over a decade in marketing, e-commerce, event management and graphic design. With a background in various industries including concerts, sports, fashion, charity and automotive, Michael has enjoyed working with Mercedes-Benz, G-Star RAW, Forty Winks, Stonnington Council and is a board member of charity fundraising group Lupus Victoria Incorporated. Michael aims to take marketing to the next level at Constructive through his technical skill set and creativity.

 

 

 

 

Sarah Anderson joins Constructive overseeing the architecture desk. She has a seasoned background in exceptional customer service and with this she aims to relentlessly build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
