By on 02 August 2018

For a new $31 million mixed-use project in Wollongong, Sydney-based developer Level 33 has received approval.

Dubbed as Skye Tower, the 18-storey project will comprise 105 apartments, ground floor retail and around 585sq m of commercial space. Located at 9-18 Railway Parade, the site houses old Sam’s Warehouse which will be demolished to give way to the new residential tower.

To transform Wollongong’s existing methadone clinic in Denison Street into a mid-rise residential complex, the developer is also pushing ahead and submitting plans to the local council. Level 33 has already completed projects in Wollongong – with the nine-storey Vivid apartments in Auburn Street completed last year,

Construction for the new project is set to begin late in 2018 and expected to be completed by 2020.
