Western Sydney City Deal, established between the Australian and NSW governments and eight local governments, highlights North South Rail Link from St Marys to Badgerys and world-class Aerotropolis as its centrepieces.

Between the three levels of government, City Deal is a 20-year agreement to create ‘Western Parkland City’ and transform Sydney’s outer west.

Furthermore, the City Deal builds on the Australian Government’s $5.3 billion in the Western Sydney Airport investment to initiate and develop job opportunities. At the same time, it maintains and enhances Western Sydney’s central atmosphere through refining infrastructure and liveability in the community.

Western Sydney City Deal sets six priority domains – connectivity, jobs, skills and education, planning and housing, liveability and environment, and governance.
